gah. this is like Wandy/Shogun. i dont wanna hear about it cause it will never happen. stylistically it would be one of the most interesting matchups ever.
id go with Machida, cause he has better wrestling and would probably just hold his friend down the entire fight to get the W .

stylistically, its a bad match up for silva, I think that machida would probably use his speed to dodge silva's strikes and counter him just like how he's been doing this whole time...I would give it to Machida by decision....this would definitely be one fight that i would love to see but would never happen

I think Machida would take this the majority of the time. This would be a great matchup, regardless. I just think Silva's style plays perfectly into Machida's hand.

I thinik Anderson Silva would win it by getting Machida in the Thai clinch in Round 3. But Silva must come in their agressive and Keep Machida's back to the cage.

I have to go with Machida because he is faster and has better wrestling. He would make Anderson work and would most likely end up winning the decision with strike/dodge tactics. Also I think it's time Silva lost it's been a long time even though he is an amaing fighter he has seemed quite egotistical lately. The whole point is moot because Silva has said he will never fight his friend Machida. Either way Machida by UD.
