Default LEGENDS COLLIDE: Randy Couture vs. Mark Coleman
Okay, Randy is an ageless wonder and a legend, but at UFC 93, Coleman didn't look as old as I may have anticipated and I've heard a lot of comparisons between the two given their wrestling pedigree, age and HOF status.

I think it'd be a pretty cool match to hype given that they're the first two HOFers to ever fight each other in the UFC and I think that this would serve as a good way to maybe put Randy back in the win column before a Nog bout.

Also, aside from their ages, I think Couture/Coleman would be a very entertaining fight, so.....

I don't have anything at all against Mark Coleman but because of Couture's ability in clutch situations and having been able to take victory from the jaws of defeat he would prevail. There would be alot of wrestling/grappling and dirty boxing in this fight. I have Couture but split or unanimous decision. Similar age, record, and physical stats make this a very even fight at least to me.

This would be a fun fight but Randy takes it. Coleman is a good wrestler with some beastly power, but no more than Randy can handle and Randy definitely has the edge in cardio. Randy by GNP in the 3rd.

Sort of a good fight, but I don't see happening.

Couture would win via a decision. He would take him down, punish him, work with him in the clinch. His cardio is by far the better cardio.

Ya I hope Dana makes this matchup happen because it's a no brainer and it's pretty funny how similar they are. They're practically the same exact age, they have impressive wrestling backrounds, they're records are almost identical and they're both Hall of Famers.

I think people underestimate coleman in this fight , his cardio would be better because he wouldont be fighting at 205 in this fight plus randy has had trouble with fellow wrestlers in the past. Im not saying coleman would win but it would be closer than people think.

Couture. Way better career IMO. Way bigger legend IMO. In their primes Couture would have beaten Coleman, and now Couture would slotter Coleman IMO.
