I like Kenny much more than BJ but people are seriously overrating Kenny's abilities and underrating BJ's

I realize Kenny is the real deal but BJ is a better boxer, a better grappler, more experienced and his head is like a friggin steel ball..Kenny will have alot of trouble

No way Kenflo can sub BJ. It should be a good fight though. Can't count Kenny out. I think his only way of winning though is staying on the outside and throwing leg kicks until BJ gasses, then picking penn apart with jabs, knees and kicks. If BJ has his way early on with his boxing then it should be Penn by TKO in round 3.

I just feel the complete opposite i think KenFlo is underated . One more think ive never heard anybody under rate BJ skills besides me in former post but now that will never happen again . He dismantled Sherk and Joe Daddy yes and though Kenny lost to sherk he is a much better fighter now and he also destroyed Joe daddy quickly one more thing I think Kenny has maybe more heart than any fighter in the ufc ..im not saying BJ does not

This is a fight where no matter what the outcome, I do not think I am going to be surprised. It all matters if Penn is interested or not. If he isn't Kenflo should be able to handle him and beat him anyway he wants. If Penn comes in focuses Kenflo is f'n screwed. So I could see either of these guys winning in any way. It all depends on what game Penn brings.

I think kenny would be smart to be cautious rds 1-3 and pick and choose his spots to attack and not have bj take him down or throw a big flurry of punches and knock him down/out. Rds 4 and 5 if they go there would be a huge advantage to Kenny. Kenny went the distance with sherk and that was a pretty face paced fight and kenny looked fine. Bj just needs to go in and unleash hell and pressure and hope to break kenny in the first couple or maybe rd 3.

BJ has got this. Don't get me wrong, Kenny is a great fighter, but I am not convinced that he is better than BJ in any one area. BJ's ground game is legit, arguably one of the best in the game. With his stand up he has great power, quick hands, and is very technical. In addition to that his flexability allows him to have one of the best TDD and he is no slouch when it comes to TD's himself. BJ is one of the best p4p fighters in the world and I just don't think KenFlo is on that level.
I am going out on a limb here and saying that his last few fights at 155 have shown that BJ doesn't have the same problems with his cardio as he use too. His training regimen has changed though, so we will see.

To be honest? after how badly he handled GSP Before, during, and mentally afterward I would not be in the least bit surprised to see Ken beat his ass. Not to mention he's training with the guy that just crushed him.
Theoretically BJ should win, he'll be a heavy fav, but he's really exposed his lack of mental game between being crushed, and the fact that he still hasn't even let it go.
I also think, after posting that lackluster video from his site about this fight, there's a good chance BJ won't even fight.
