To the guy who thinks that Mir isn't a formidable bjj foe, are you nuts??? ...And Mir has a much more proven ground game than Machida. Agreed that Michada is probably the best pound-for-pound stiker in MMA, but he'd have to knock out Brock with one shot to win. Brock would charge at him, maybe taking one shot which would likely bounce right off his massive head, then take him down. Once 290lbs of Brock is on top of little Machida, any bjj skills would be quickly out the window. This is actually a stupid debate. That fight would be silly. Brock would probably kill him in about a minute. Think about it. Machida couldn't finish BJ Penn. If Brock were to fight BJ Penn, it would be like a big man beating on his little wife. Guys let's chat about something worthwhile. How about Brock vs. Fedor or Carwin. Those are good conversations.

Machida would have to make Lesnar gas and since he has a monster reach advantage over Machida all it would take is one punch for Lesnar to put Machida(who never gets hit) down. I believe Machida is vastly more talented but Lesnar isn't Bob Sapp and he can really move. I see this fight ending quickly if Lesnar gets ahold of him by GnP. As a huge fan of both fighters I would love to see this fight.

you mean the same way he got lucky against tim the first time they faced? Machida is a better submission artist as proven, mir is slow and bad at facing aggressive style fighters on the ground..then again machida only weighs a puny 205 AND IS SMALLER in stature.he isnt a natural heavy weight................... then again this still would be an interesting fight.
