both amazing wrestlers but hendo seems to have the striking advantage over hughes. if the two were to fight how would that go down?

I like a bigger Henderson in this fight. His wrestling and striking is better, but Hughes would have a submission advantage.

On a semi-related note, I was watching a replay of Franklin VS. Tanner for the UFC Middleweight title. The stipulation was if Franklin won (which he did), he would get to coach the ultimate fighter. Hughes and Franklin didn't fight at the finale because they were friends. If Tanner won, however, he would have coached that season of TUF and fought Matt Hughes at 185 at the finale.

hendo by anything he wants. they both have excellent and underrated bjj, but i don't see the sub from either of them. hendo gets subbed by nobody the but brazilian demigods anyway :)

If they fought now, I see Hughes getting KO'd.

While they're both great wrestlers, Hendo stand up would annihilate Hughes besides Hughes seems now like he hates getting rocked.

Back a few years ago, Hughes would maybe win, but right now, Henderson would KTFO Hughes. Hughes is done, he hasn't looked good in awile.
