An interesting match up. I think that Nogueira is probably the most dangerous (besides the fact that he is the best HW in the division IMO) fight for Lesnar. Very good boxing. Frank was getting through to Lesnar and if it wasn't for a flying knee, who knows how the fight could have went. Nogueira has the advantage standing and if it hits the mat, Nogueira has amazing submission skills (obviously).
Of course, the Nogueira/Brock fight could go similar to say Nogueira/Barnett (I or II), but I see it more going the way of Nogueira/Coleman to be honest.

I just think that Nog isn't in trouble wherever the fight goes. Plus he's as crafty and tough as they come, he won't give in mentally like Mir did

I dont see why everyone thinks nog would win after what mir was able to do to nog on the feet. If brock hit him with shots on the feet nog falling for sure. I also think brock's wrestling would help keep him out of trouble on the mat. As of now if they fought i would have to back brock at this point in time.

There is ZERO doubt Nog is the better fighter, but I see Nog getting stunned like he gets in every fight, dropping to the ground and Lesnar, sensing blood in the water, pouncing and hammerfisting his way to a TKO stoppage. Maybe it happens three or four times and each time, Nog comes to his senses and Lesnar stands back up, so I'm not saying Nog couldn't recover, but UFC has a pesky way of stopping fights a helluva lot quicker than PRIDE did back in "the day" and I think they'd stop the bout after the thirtieth hammerfist.
I also think that people don't know just how sick Lesnar's cardio is, because trust me, the guy has a solid gastank and the pressue would be on Nog to combat Brock and pull a sub, not the other way around.
Lesnar TKO Rd. 1

I see Minotauro getting stunned by a glancing blow by Brock and falling to the mat, held in place, and ground into a TKO. Love Minotauro but I think he will turn Nog into hamburger just lke Frank. Brock would control Minotauro on the ground with his wrestling and size then hit hit over and over again until the ref stops it. Only a KO artist like Carwin, Dos Santos, or maybe Gonzaga is going to have a chance against Brock for the next couple of years. Brock will maul most wrestlers and grapplers at this point.
