anyone think JDS has fought anyone as explosive and talented in wrestling as Cain? Werdum was his biggest win to me, but hes BJJ, not a D1 collegiate wrestler. They both have KO power in their hands. Then again, Cain hasnt really fought anyone as good as JDS either... JDS would beat Kongo and Rothwell.

| Lesnar vs Carwin - If lesnar could get back withing 4 months this should happen instead of Carwin\Mir. I think Carwin would lose to a lot of top heavy weights so why risk the chance of this fight NEVER happening. He's the only guy in the UFC who can remotely counter Lesnars strength. Velasquez vs Junior Dos Santos They both have that killer instinct toughness to them. Both are guys I can't picture losing... JDS has some hands though I'd give the edge to Cain and his wrestling ability plus undefeated hype mystique. Frank Mur vs Nog 2 - Don't want either fighting for the title, let the best old news fighter win to continue.

Dos Santos brings a bigger punch and a all around ground game. Cain hasn't shown submissions yet. Cain may not get pass big NOG.

this thread is kind of old and i retract my previous post where i said they both have KO power, because Cain clearly does not.
Ciganos groundgame has still yet to be displayed and Cain would be the one who could show us, because if he chose to stand with Cigano, hes taking a huge risk of being KTFO.

I'd take JDS by KTFO

I don't believe JDS has been taken to the ground in his UFC career, but I'm very sure he has in the past. I can see Cain utilizing his wrestling skills and grind his way to a unanimous decision. JDS is a much greater striker with a lot more power in his hands. But I still see Cain running the show.

Cigano has retarded boxing and blistering power in his hands and I'm not so sure Cain can really take a punch that good. Cain's wrestling is awesome but JDS is much bigger and it's not like he's afraid of getting GNP'd to a finish or subbed and considering he trains with the Nogs, I'm quite confident he's got good subs.
Cigano Rd. 2 TKO.
