| Matt Serra vs......
Ok, I'm just trying to figure out WHERE Matt Serra would fit in the current welterweight picture. IMO the welterweight division is the most competitive division in the UFC and there are literally dozens of talented fighters in this division. So how this is gonna work, I'm gonna list a few fighters and I'd just like your opinion of how well Matt Serra would do against them and if he can win or will lose.
1. GSP
2. Matt Hughes
3. BJ Penn
4. Diego Sanchez
5. Karo Parisyan
6. Jon Finch
7. Nick Diaz
8. Joe Riggs
9. Josh Koscheck
10. Luke Cummo
Any thoughts?

I like Matt Sera... he works hard and really, was the coach in Ultimate Fighter 4 for the Grey team. Anyway... here's where I think he stands...
1. GSP (no chance... GSP outskills him in every way)
2. Matt Hughes (same as above....
3. BJ Penn (like to see it... still think BJ's striking would win the day)
4. Diego Sanchez (I hate Diego so... Sera for the win)
5. Karo Parisyan (very good ground match.. I'd like to see this one)
6. Jon Finch (shameful... I've never heard of him... I'll go flog myself)
7. Nick Diaz (another good match... I'd root for Sera but, Diaz is crafty)
8. Joe Riggs (I feel bad for Riggs, he keeps losing but, to top guys, Riggs' wins)
9. Josh Koscheck (good fight, Sera would win I think in striking)
10. Luke Cummo (Sera wins on the ground, luke can't keep Sera at bay with strikes)

1. GSP-Is better and bigger ,than Serra in almost every aspect
2. Matt Hughes-Serra has better standup and is really good on the ground ,but Hughes would take this with superior strength and wrestling.
3. BJ Penn-Beats Serra again ,just like last time.(I think it could be close like last time though)
4. Diego Sanchez-Lays on Serra for 3 rounds.
5. Karo Parisyan-Karo wins again do to his Judo
6. Jon Finch-interesting match up.Don't know what to think.
7. Nick Diaz-Diaz wins ,b/c of his height and his striking skills.
8. Joe Riggs-Depends on which Joe shows up.This fight could go either way.
9. Josh Koscheck-Kos lays on him for 3 rounds.(Kos has shown vast improvment since TUF and I wouldn't call him a lay and pray artist ,but against Serra he wouldn't be able to score much offense on the ground)
10. Luke Cummo-Teacher against student.Interesting matchup.Don't know what to think.

1. GSP: GSP is better in every aspect.
2. Matt Hughes: Hughes due to his crazy strength.
3. BJ Penn: BJ should handle him pretty well.
4. Diego Sanchez: Diego by decision.
5. Karo Parisyan: Karo by decision.
6. Jon Finch: I'll take Finch on this one.
7. Nick Diaz: Diaz by TKO.
8. Joe Riggs: Big possibility of Serra pulling off a submission here. Could go either way.
9. Josh Koscheck: Koscheck. He's been improving, and is too skilled right now for Serra.
10. Luke Cummo: Close, Serra would have the best chance against him.

Serra is a good fighter and would do great against a lot of the UFCs top LWs ,but not the UFCs top WWs.
