Daley for the TBEAR reason as well as I would think that Daley would have some pretty good reach advantage. As for the ground I have no idea. Both guys were dominated and badly by great ground guys so I have no idea there.

Standup I have Daley winning this 10/10, he is far more technical with boatloads of power.

Wow people overrated Daley, he's a bully and when someone stands up to the bully he shits in his pants, Kos could do that but he has a shaky chin at times. Alves would for sure stop his overrated ass.
