Honestly, I'd see Rampage getting his hands on Toney and slamming him through the ground. Rampage's ability to throw and slam is hard to train for if you don't have a good judo, jj, sambo, etc. base.

No matter how much Toney trains grappling, Rampage will slam him down and wreck him.

Well Toney would be very small in this fight compared to Rampage so you would be able to see a distinc size advantage. Toney's hands and power aren't what they used to be but if Rampage was smart and took him down it's over. Rampage 1st rd TKO.
