Call it the worst fuckin thread of all-time if you want, but some dude on another forum that claims to train and claims to be a brain in MMA said Royce Gracie would submit Mike Tyson so.. im makin a thread.

i pick tyson just cause he's an animal...mike tyson fighting in his prime but with the mental issues he showed later in his career would be a force

im still thinkin about it, tryna figure out if Royce can really take Tyson down cuz Royce isnt a wrestler.. taking Kimbo down is no big deal really.. Kimbo sucks and that was still hard for Royce to do... there was a lot of stalling on the cage, in which Tyson wouldnt hesitate to pour shots on Royce.. where-as Kimbo being the sucky fighter he is didnt budge. I also cant see Royce taking even one of Tysons hits.. hes too small, but at the same time Royce has taken down a guy thats huge on more then one occassion and submitted them regardless if there no where near as fast or strong as Tyson was in his prime.. I really dont know, cant count Royce out cuz BJJ is a martial arts and hes an expert at it, cant count Tyson out cuz Boxing is a form of fighting and Tyson was an olympian at it.. I dont think its as simple as ohh Royce will take him down and finish the fight cuz, it always comes down to whos better at what they do and who can force the other one to fight there game.. Ima have to go with Tyson.. Faster man wins.

Now if it were Sakuraba.. id probably go with Saku.

Here is how it is. There are huge over and under compensating factors for both fighter re: knockout vs. Submission and KO defense vs. sub defense. As far as I can see it- first one to make a game ending mistake loses, and that is where crazy mike comes in. He'd give up his back to swing at a judge or a ring girl and that is when royce would pounce and rear naked choke.

Every time Royce fought huge ripped men with no real techinque on the ground he won.Royce would submit Tyson with little difficulty.He'd play it smart and he'd get the win.
