I think Maynard and his boxing these days would get him the win over Sherk. Also I'm sure he could use his reach over him just to peck away.

I think that the wear and tear of crazy battles is starting to take it toll on Sherk. I think that Maynard would dominate this matchup. I say Gray over Sherk in much the same way that GSP was able to handle him
