I think GSP would win. GSP seems to be able to take down anybody he wants at any point. He had no problem against BJ Penn who has great TDD. Then he went against Alves who is bigger than him and he had no problem taking him down for five rounds and was still able to do it even after he pulled his groin during the match.

Silva will eventually get the ko because gsp will be 2 predictable and apart from that silva is on another level to anybody else.

Yea a lot of people don't realize that GSP has a pretty long reach. Put it this way, GSP has 76" reach whereas Anderson has 77.5". Even compared him to guys much bigger, he still holds up pretty well even against LHWs and HWs: Forrest has 77", Wanderlei has 74", Franklin has 76", Hendo has 74", CroCop has 73", Dos Santos has 77", Gonzaga has 76", Couture has 75" Shogun has 76", Machida has 74", Thiago Silva has 74", Velasquez has 77".

I could go on (and I think I pretty much did) but you get my point!

Probably the boggest question on anyone's mind... GSP def goes for the taekdown, but Silva might dominate with stand-up. Damn, it would be so interesting! There's no way Dana White is going to pass up an opp to make $$. It'll happen somehow.

anybody seen Silva's guard passed in the ufc? out of the very few times he ended up on his back.
Also i may have used the wrong word when i said reach. Silva's length would be to much for gsp. His reach with legs and arms, and how well he keeps distance.
And those people who think gsp would win, beside 1 round with Hendo has anyone ever lookd like they had a chance with Silva? Nobody has ever come close to even being a challenge. GSP was beat by hughes and serra and imo bj in the first fight. And people are doubting Silva who never in his whole career has been dominated by anybody.
