|  Chael Sonnen VS. Dan Henderson
explain your vote guys.
Cardio- id have to say equal although henderson has seem to tire quickly his last few fights.
wrestling- both are extremely good in there field of wrestling. in the fights ive seen id give the edge in wrestling to sonnen for his ability to do more ground and pound to his opponents while henderson seems to smother then ( not seen much pride hendo either)
Striking- neither seem to have striking as there #1 weapon although Hendo has KO power in his hands while sonnen does not, but sonnen showed me last night his Striking has improved, to me if he watches out for hendos left hand , he should be ok. slight edge to Hendo
BJJ- neither seem to be too good at it, so i say equal
Grappling against fence- i give the edge to Sonnen , he seems to dominate his opponents in the grappling in the fence part, hendo got tossed around against rampage.
ending note: if fight were to go down, if sonnen can watch out for Hendos left hand, id say sonnen has a great chance at winning because he seems to be a faster , in better shape, more dangerous fighter on ground. my decision : SONNEN 3rd Unanimous Decision

I think the better Dream Match is GSP vs Sonnen...speaking of that bout, I wonder if Sonnen can cut down to 170...because this fight might actually be possible...

Chael beats Hendo now days 9-10 times by UD
Hendo did not show me he can still hang at all in the Shields fight...if Jake can take Hendo down , Chael would own him IMO
That one time out of 10 that Hendo wins is cause he lands that huge over hand right

I'm assuming at 185? It would be a tough fight. Depend mostly on if Chael can get Hendo on his back. I don't think he could, but I didn't think Shields could either. Still, I'm picking Hendo, his standup being the difference.

i beleive we had this debate when chael said his wrestling was better than hendo's and everyone was going ape shit on me for agreeing.
so obviously i pick sonnen. id say amatuer wrestling theyre even in my book maybe a slight edge to chael even. but mma definetly chael he uses strkes to set up shots and doesnt seem to have a problem taking down anyone. dan likes to stand a lot and doesnt really move forward and fight for the takedown like chael does.

Depends on how Hendo handles the weightcut down to 185, if he's okay, I think he'd be able to grind on Sonnen in the clinch, avoid alot of Sonnen's shot and potentially K Sonnen TFO. However, if he looks like anything he did against Shields, he's gonna get taken down and kept down.
