Rampage hasn't looked like a worldbeater for a LONG time, however I predict his style and aggressiveness overwhelming Vitor, bullying him in the clinch and GNPing Vitor for three rounds. On the feet, I think Rampage's hands have more power and while Vitor's got speed, I think Rampage has enough variety to take the fight.

Rampage via decisive decision.
