So who takes it?

Both have great wrestling, however both have rather rudimentary striking at the moment.

I think it would be a very close and entertaining fight. I'd probably favor Mr. Wonderful in the wrestling department, but Bader has more octagon experience and has faced tougher competition.

I think it would be a real battle but I think Mr. Wonderful would get Bader on his back, where he hasn't really ever been in any of his fights and control him enough for the sub or decision.

At this point in time i'd go with Bader, but i think Phil will turn into a fucking murderer in the cage. By next year Davis would beat Bader hands down.

phil has great potential, but he looked pretty tentative on his feet against boetch. bader would control the pace and take him out at this point. so would jones.

Phil crushed him in college, he was a freshman bader was a senior. If he could turn it in to a grappling match he would take it no problem. Dont forget Phils Sub skills he won the Mundials in 2009

I'd probably have my money on Phil Davis.

He seems to have better wrestling, and Bader's stand up might be a little bit better but its not that great...Plus we have seen Bader gas a little at the end of some of his fights like with Jardine and Nog. Imagine if Davis kept the pressure on him the whole fight with constant clinching and takedowns...

^and I would also like to see a Davis-Jones matchup. Mostly because I think Davis is a beast and could take Jones down at will and would win by sub or decesion.
