[BIG FLO]

If these two were to meet at a catch weight of say 180 ibs. who do you think would win? How would this fight go? I think it would be an interesting fight.

I honestly think Hendo would beat Franklin, but Franklin vs Hughes? shoot.. ima go with Hughes, Franklin doesnt look real sharpe on the ground and I think Matt can take him there and finish the fight.

i'd take hughes.yeah there's size advantage ,but i don't think there's a strength advantage.B4 tuf 2 started the winner of the tanner/franklin fight would be the coach and if tanner would've won hughes would've came up in weight to fight him after the show was over ,but he didn't want to fight rich b/c they're good friends.

That match would never happen like the 16 year old kid said. They are friends, which is stupid that would be a big money fight. I would go Rich just because he is a fuckn monster compared to Matt. Even if they met at 180 after the wiegh in, Rich would be like 200.

I think Rich would KO Hughes. Trigg had Hughes rocked, and I think Rich's punches are a lot more devastating than that. Look at the Nate Quarry KO, or Loiseau's face after five rounds.

I do agree, though, Hughes ground game is better than Franklin's. If I were Hughes in that fight, I would probably try to stay on the inside and bring things to the ground (to state the obvious, I guess).

Matt Hughes vs. GSP? I see GSP winning by KO or ref stoppage (punches). I mention this, because I think Hughes vs. GSP would probably be similar in some ways to how Hughes vs Franklin would go down.

trigg had hughes rocked after an intentional low blow that the dumbass ref mario didn't acknoledge.and how the hell are you going to talk bad about hughes ability to take a punch?Look at Franklin he doesn't exactly hold an iron jaw.

franklin easily over hughes. franklin is to big and i dont think hughes could take him down for his trademank g and p.

franklin is too methodic and too calm in the octagon for hughes to take him. if hughes managed to get him on the ground though, franklin would probably be in trouble. and as for the trigg fight, true he got a lowblow, but i don't think it was intentional, though mario should have definitely caught it. kudos to hughes for sucking it up and pulling the submission victory though.
