I know, I know. I was actually thinking about this fight after Cruz's performance against Faber and, of course, thought it would be very interesting. I've wanted to put it here in the dream matches but thought it'd be too soon but now there's a video on this site with Dominick Cruz saying that he wouldn't turn down a fight with Aldo at 145 if ever requested, so... yeah. I would pay to see this fight any day.

This would be an interesting fight.

Cruz' footwork is very unorthodox, but not totally random and he does follow patterns and can get hit.

I think he would eat some full leg kicks - while mostly off balance - and get taken out in the third or fourth.

Aldo would wreck him. Aldo has quickness that even cruz doesnt have. He has power to stop cruz as well.
