Andrei should take it handidly even if they were in the same weight class. The only weakness he seems to have is his chin, but the only time that seems to be a problem is when his opponent gets in a clean shot. For instance, he was doing pretty well against Rizzo until he got nailed with a perfect hit. I don't think Tito has the punching power to land a hit like that, and otherwise, Arlovski's punches are way too fast and powerful. He'd get nailed by hits like in his fights with Liddell and Belfort, and with Arlovski's punching power, he'd be out in no time.
I don't see Tito staying conscious long enough to get in a take down.
