how would this fight go down? would vitors extreme speed and KO power be the recipe to defeat jones or would he wilt under the pressure jone would try to put on him?

Jones would plant him on his ass in a heartbeat, or pick him away for 4 rounds for a tko. Vitor couldn't handle Overeem at 205, certainly can't handle jones.

Jones would make him look like an amateur

Vitor would get killed. He struggles with wrestlers... Imagine him against someone who would take him down with easy, has a huge size advantage and will actually do a ton of damage while on top...

Vitor has great speed, but even standing Jones has a huge reach advantage on him and would keep him at bay while not letting him get off or inside...

Vitor would have his moments but Jones takes this. Even though Jones has the long reach he still gets hit so I think Belfort would be able to connect but I do not think he could KO Jones. Jones takes him down a few times, beats him up and either submits Belfort or TKOs him in the 4th.

The overeem from back then is much different than the overeem of now. Jones would mop the floor with the 205 Overeem.
