Now Chuck takes it. In their primes, probably Frank.

If Frank hasn't lost a step, I'm inclind to say Frank. Realistically, nobody can have that long a lay off and still be in Prime fighting condition. So now, Chuck!

i never thought Frank could beat Chuck anyways. Frank was well rounded, with good speed, great subs, and decent wrestling.
but what could he do against Chuck? he has the same massive disadvantage in size he had against Tito, but he is dealing with a guy that just slugs, and has the chin to take all of his shots, and the wrestling to stop all of his takedowns

Frank if he is prime. His shoots would take chuck becasue unlike Tito Frank uses leverage (because he is small) on his shoots to take one off their legs therefore eliminating the pros of Chucks good sprawl. And Frank can and would keep Chuck on the ground.

He was a world class striker. I don't know about now, but certainly he had enough overall tools at one time to beat Chuck. If he still has those tools he can still do it.

Frank was and possibly is one of the most well rounded, and best, fighters of all time.

I agree with AJ on this one. Chucks excellent takedown defense, good chin, counter striking and KO power would be perfect formula to defeat Frank then and now.
