Penn by Sub again, Gomi is great but if theres one guy thats able to take him down and sub him every time they fight it would be Penn cuz he can strike with Gomi, and he is too damn good of a grappler for Gomi to handle.

I'd say Penn by submission or decision. BJ's never been knocked out and he's fought guys at LHW, so I don't think Gomi could stop him.
