a Bas Rutten who hits hard as hell and has some of the greatest standup MMA has ever seen, the guys certified thai boxing trainer and he also is well versed in grappling for you to say this is an easy fight is absolutely retarded

He's not human! | Whos fault is it that Bas never fought great fighters? he fought who was around during his time.. maybe his parents shoulda had sex 5 years later so Bas coulda been in his prime when MMA evolved, but the fact is Bas evolved before MMA did and became a well-rounded fighter
he is a GREAT kickboxer, they dont hand out Thai instructor licenses at wal-mart you have to be great at it to be an instructor, hes got a TON of KO power.. the guy use to KO people with his palms, hes very fast, and well-rounded.. in his prime he had a good ground game, and great striking game
So Hunt didnt finish him, neither did Cro-cop.. but neither Cro-cop or Hunt have Bas' ground game, and Bas' striking is close and possibly on there level because he was a world class kickboxer like they were.
so to say Fedor would beat Bas easily just cuz Bas wasnt blessed enough to be able to fight in an MMA packed full of great fighters is retarded, Bas was a kickboxer before a MMArtist and when he came to MMA he developed a damn good grappling game.

if anyone can test Cro-cops chin, its Bas Rutten who has crazy knockout power and great technical striking.. i'd still take Cro-cop on the feet but people talk about how guys like Liddell, etc could land a lucky punch and knockout Cro-cop.. Bas could land a punch he intended to land and knockout Cro-cop
the guy has a friggin fighting style named after him for criss sakes..
like I said though, I pick Fedor difference between Fedor vs Cro-cop/Hunt is ya he outstruck Cro-cop but that was a one time thing IMO the rematch will result in Fedor taking Cro-cop to the ground, I dont believe at all that Fedor is a better striker then Bas and would beat Bas on the ground but the diff is Bas has a better ground game in his prime then Cro-cop and Hunt so it would not be easIER for Fedor to beat Bas on the ground like he has Hunt and Cro-cop so callin this an easy fight is ridiculous
