| Roberto Duran vs. Julio Cesar Chavez
Well, since I'm seein' boxing and kickboxing dream matches in this section, I'll post this dream fight of mine here too.
This is by far the ultimate dream fight for me, in any sport. At either lightweight or jr. welterweight, this fight would be extremely even. Simply put, if anyone is familiar with the typical Latino style of boxing, you know that both men are the poster boys for it. Both men had absolutely crushing power with either hand, both of them were absolutely relentless at getting to the inside, and both were sublimely skilled in the art of infighting. Not only that, but neither man knew or wanted to go backwards in a fight, were extemely proud, macho boxers, and always just looked to savagely punish any opponent in front of them. Just about every attribute is even, except that Duran had the better defense, while Chavez had the better chin. Either way, I don't think either man knocks the other out and they'll just be toe-to-toe for the entire 15 rounds. Absolute war. It's the animal (Duran) vs. the machine (Chavez), and this would be about the most entertaining, legendary dream fight that would ever happen. What do you guys think?

He had about 73 fights with only 1 loss that was avenged before he lost to Sugar Ray Lenard but he beat SRL the first time around by unanimous decision. When he started to lose he was in his mid 30s.
Duran by vicious KO something like how Pan Man KOed Barrera. By the way, Duran was blazing fast in his prime!!
