well, NYBA is unlikely to knock him out cuz BJ has a head like concrete
and if Randy had problems wrestling with BJ, and got choked out by him, then Phil is done.

BJ Penn would outbox Phil Baroni when the fight's on the feet and he'd out class him on the ground.I really don't think this fight would even be close.

if you dont think a fight involving the NYBA will be at the very least exciting, you are insane
BJ may have the skills, but until Phil is gassed which will probably be at the same time BJ gasses, he wont be able to take him down or force the game to the ground
and BJ does not have the kind of power it would take to hurt Baroni, and i doubt his boxing is good enough to just pwn Baroni, who has pretty good head movement and technique, not to mention handspeed and power

baroni has very fast and powerfull hands...bj hasx very technical hands with decent power...bjj works baroni on the ground...they both have questionable cardio so i dont see this fighting being very long...i think they stand for a little baroni hits bj a few times with power bj takes it down and subbs. him round 1 early 2
exciting fight though baroni is a bad ass and hes always fun to watch
