I think this is a very good matchup for Monson. Although i could see this fight going either way. I think all in all it would be a great Main event fight.

monson is more of a top game sub guy, and randy's wrestling would probably control him, put him on the bottom. itd be a grappling clinic, but i would say Randy by dec

Randy wins this. Sure Monson could catch him in a sub and win but i don't see that happening, but its not far fetched. Randy has better stand up, Monson is kind of slow striking and Randy would control him on the ground. Randy by ud.

Because Randys wrestling will let him control Monson from the ground. Randy is good enough to stay on top of him for 3 rounds and hold him there.

I mean, he has defeated some of the best ground guys in ADCC. Just do not see how you think Randy could controll him. On another note, that website is ridiculous, talking about his son like that. I think the guy who made that site should tell monson in person how he feels. I hope he makes sure to drop the comment about his kid as well when they speak together
