When was that video done? Looks like a long time ago. I posted this thread because i had just came back from the ADCC and i thought Marcello was phenomenal. If thats a old video then i would like to see the fight happend again.

The first one was the Mundials in 2002 and the second one was Best Fight Challenge 2004. How was ADCC btw? Sorry you didn't get to see Monson man. The whole board felt bad for you lol.

Dick you beat me to it I was gonna say Jacare already beat him. If they had closer weight I would say Marcello but Jacare is pretty close in skill and totally has the size and weight advantage.

I go beat to it. jacare Subbed Marcello. he seems to have trouble with guys bigger than him who are close to him in skill. Marcello is great an great guy but he struggles against bigger guys. and I don't believe he has won and ADCC absolute title yet. I can only hope in two years he can do so but bnetween now and then let's see maybe an MMA debut for marcelo.

I was at ADCC. Marcello had the most fights in the tourny. The only fight he lost was the last fight of the absolute. That was a very lucky position his opponent got on him to. If they were to of fought 10 times. Marcello would of taken it 9 out of 10. The man is insane. Also, he is training for his first MMA fight. Also I did not see any problems he had with bigger guys. He choked 3 heavier guys out via North South Choke. Including Rolls Gracie.
