Penn by sub. I think Newtons JJ has holes in it, since he was trained by a Japanese and for some reason I don't think it's as good as BJJ.

Penn probably wins. He is better in several categories. Newton has a few advantages.

I question BJ's chin, but only because you've never really seen him get unloaded on. ( there are a few exceptions)
