UFC does have the power to not let Chuck fight Wandy. But honestly, to the fan that doesn't know much about MMA and just saw Wandy call Chuck out, it does look like Chuck is scared (I know he is not).

I think Wandy attacked the correct person (Chuck instead of Dana) because Chuck will be mad that he is looking like a scared baby and push Dana into letting him fight the fight with Wandy.

I don't even care who wins I just want to see it.

when i saw wandy calling out chuck (ufc) on the pride 32 card, i was really disapointed. the pride organization was using him as a puppet. silva abviosly knows that chuck is not running, and should know when they had their little stare down when he was in the octagon, that chuck is not afraid to fight him. after liddell ko'd sobral, he even said to rogan that was one of the fights he wanted most after he ko's tito again. the ufc, and pride BOTH need to quit being little bitches about the situation and get this bout going. it is going to happen eventually, i truely believe that. but hopefully before these dudes get too old.

Liddell vs Wandy, the thing dreams are made of it would be great to have happen in the next year, but the suits are the issue here. Chucky isn't scared of Wandy...

Chuck Wandy has the potential to be a long bloody war, a blend of the cro cop fedor fight and the griffin bonnar 1 fight.

    OR

its going to be just like when vitor dropped wandy in ultimate brazil, with both men having the potential to look as good as vitor did that night. provided its in a cage so noone can fall out and get a restart.

I dont know about this statement. First a Rampage vs Chuck would not be as marketable. I do find it interesting how everyone has kinda just forgotten about it and dont see Rampage as a threat to liddell anymore. I guess the fact that it was over 3 years ago. Plus Rampage has not really impressed anyone lately, his last fight was back in July against Lindland that he won but a split decision. I'm not knockin on Rampage in any way because I am a Rampage fan but I dont think i'd even want to see the Rampage of today against the Liddell of today. If it were the old Rampage I'd be all for it. Rampage's most die hard fans even admit that he isnt the same anymore. I do know Liddell would more than likely take this fight though cause you know that loss has been itching at him for over 3 years now and he'd be in kill mode if that fight happened. I believe Dana did state in an interview that if Wandy didnt happen that they may try to bring in Rampage for a rematch though, but history has proven not to believe everything Dana says. Right now everyone seems way more concentrated on a Liddell vs Wandy fight, Prides best MW against UFCs best LHW if you will.

He had 5 fights in pride, and 4 in Cage Rage. His last 4 fights before coming to the UFC were in CR and ROTR. So again, how can anyone say that he came over from Pride?

Anything Pride touches in the minds of SOME Pride fans is a product of Pride.

In reality, he is a product of world class training, Chute Box striking skills and Brazilian Top Team's Nog Brothers gave him his BJJ black belt under them.

So he is not a product of Pride, just a product of the best training in the world and a natural gift of skill that has been sharpened into a razor.

Silva had quite a few fights in Pride and he lost his last two.

Don't get me wrong. I sincerely hope you are right about them keeping Chuck happy. Chuck vs. Wanderlei is the fight I most want to see.
