There has been a lot of subtle overtures towards the UFC from Fedor's camp.....maybe it's just me....and this here crack.....

The headaches of trying to actually sign Fedor much less deal with M1 and their demands far outweigh the benefits the UFC would conceviably gain from doing it.

Odds are it would be a free card because of time differences and they still sell out the arena without Fedor.

To me, Fedor vs Couture was a dream match 6 years ago. But now it is way too late. Both of them are retired, both of them are not in their best shape. And to make that fight only because it was a dream match in 2006 is pointless.

I would prefer much more to watch Couture fight that fat fuck Seagal, and Fedor fighting someone like Frank Mir.

Fedor fighting for UFC won't happen. If it were to happen I'd like to see him face Randy as they are two of my all time favorite fighters and it would be a fun fight. It's the one fight I could see Randy coming out of retirement for.

    Why did Alexander lose...

I can tell you why Alexander lost. Three letters and it isn't PMS! Maybe throw in another word that rhymes with daisy.

GSP of course... Even though he said he wanted to retire early and doesnt want to move up...

Randy, Lesnar, hell anyone would do it... Anderson wouldnt though... Hes a coward...

Fedor isnt even in the UFC and making a fight with the MW champion probably wouldnt even be on the UFC's radar if he was to come to the UFC.... But I say Anderson would love that fight and jump at the idea...

Im a huge fedor fan, but stylistically he is a MUCH better fight for him than Jones... Hell Fedor is even smaller than Jones.
Thing is guys like Randy have nothing to lose to come out of retirement and take a fight against Fedor.

Silva most likely will retire on a winning note. But I think he would be hesitant at the idea of fighting Fedor in Russia. It would be the first time (outside of his fight against Rich) where he would be fighting in hostile territory. He would also be the "smaller" guy as Soares would put it so Would the risk/reward ratio be favorable for him to take the match?

I would like to see this matchup. It would create much more media attention and fill the forums of Fedor fans vs Silva fans. Brazil vs Russia. P4P legend vs P4P legend.

Of course this is all just talk

Let Fedor do a Sambo exposition. Fedor is a part owner of M1 so he is going to want it to be heavily involved. So I don't see were a mma fight could be settled on.

But he came again, only this time to prove he still had game and can hang with the younger generation of players. Many believed he ruined his legacy, but I think to him that wasnt an issue and was merely to test himself out, regardless if he didnt win a title or his career Points per game average dropped.

A 50 year old Randy Couture would consider coming out of retirement, solely to test himself against a legend in Fedor. I dont see him caring about his legacy or making a fuss over the payday or incentives he should receive the way I think Silva would make if wanted to fight Fedor. Hell, I think better chance of Lesnar coming out of retirement, risking everything and taking a fight with Fedor than Silva would.
