Speaking of funny, I beat you in the first round of our fantasy football league playoffs. The ol #8 over #1 upset. I didn't get a chance to talk shit about it. So this is me. Talking shit about it. Go me.

At this point, I have Bisping beating Okami pretty convincingly. His cardio is great, his TDD is pretty good, his footwork makes it difficult to set up the takedown, and he's a MUCH better gameplanner than Belcher.

I'm still sad Belcher pulled guard going for a sub in every round. Bisping would not make that mistake; he'd scramble and get back to the boxing game. And while Okami's boxing is pretty good, he looks best against guys who move backwards, which Bisping doesn't.

okami is the contender-killer and a perfect pesticide to use on "the count" its just too bad the ufc decided bisping is the sacrificial virgin for anderson silva's reign. when i heard belcher was facing okami i knew it was all over but i still think belfort is going to spoil the the massacre. wouldnt it be cool if cormier got the the next 205 title fight and dan henerson got to face anderson at 205 while the wiedman recuperates at 185

Before the Sonnen fight I would have been inclined to agree with you, but I feel Bisping's wrestling (at least defensively) at this moment in time is better than Belchers, and I think that if Bisping were to fight Okami, the chances are it would be a 5-rounder and this is clearly a factor that falls in Bisping's favour. Okami slowed down a lot in the Belcher fight, but Bisping maintains a fast and fluid pace and I think by rounds 3 and 4 (if Okami was able to be successful with his grappling in the first 2) the tide would start to shift.

It's amazing. Pashak is able to turn any thread into a Dana White or Chael Sonnen thread.
