From the interviews that I've seen and read of him, he sounds like a nice and humble guy. Maybe he used to get bullied as a kid and whenever someone says something like 'I'm gonna destroy you', it probably reminds him of his childhood getting bullied so he fires back.
Back on topic, ufc's probably waiting for werdum/ Nogeira and Struve/ hunt fights. One of the winner will probably fight Cain (maybe not nogeira if he wins) and in co main or event after, they will give Bigfoot one of the winners to determine the number one contender.

The HW division has less than half the fighters that the other divisions have. You can't play these waiting games with title shots.
I agree, we're finally starting to see the HW title defended with some regularity. Let the Struve/Hunt winner fight Cain while the rest of the division sorts it'self out.

Winner of THAT fight gets Cain.
If that happens, Cain would not be fighting for a whole year.

Love this idea. If Struve could get through Hunt and Bigfoot, he can't be denied a title shot. Plus with Werdum seemingly next in line, he'll probably need two wins anyway (despite me rooting for Hunt).

Though, honestly, I could see him getting put down like Overeem did; not out of cockiness but just out of his goofy need to brawl.

That was a match? I thought Bigfoot was being mugged in the ring.

Well, if they rematch, he sure as shit can't do any worse than before...

Damn, only 3 hours of sleep per night is affecting me.

When I read the title, I though that Anderson Silva preferd Cain rather than Sonnen. So I was like WTF?
Then I though, Oh the Silva is BigFoot, but why Sonnen?

    LOL

There can be many hidden agenda's from his manager, but at big foots point in his career he may be able to get more high profile/money fights without fighting Cain. To good for a gatekeeper and not good enough to be champ.
