    Cat was being sardonic.

if he did or didn't there's atleast one state that won't let him fight here.

Huge step up for Philippou. Don't think he has the speed, grappling, or diversity of attacks to hang with Vitor, especially the Vitor of late.

Maybe he's hoping a Nevada-approved Vitor looks like Munoz pre-camp?

Vitor will get the win if he faces Philippou.. But I think Constantinos missed the memo, Vitor ONLY fights in Brazil for this title run.

ViTRTor would win. Has the skill, experience, speed and power advantage.

    Stranger upsets have occurred though.

Constantinos Philippou wants a piece of Vitor Belfort -- just not in Brazil

And Constantinos Philippou is looking to make UFC matchmaker Joe Silva's job a little easier.

"Belfort sounds good to me," said the Keith Trimble-trained striker. "NOT in Brazil!"

The Brazilian has come under fire from fans and media alike for his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Not necessarily because he's undergoing the controversial treatment, like several other notable fighters on the ZUFFA roster, but because he's had the luxury of competing in his home country and away from the watchful eyes of stateside athletic commissions.

Belfort hasn't thrown hands in the Untied States since knocking out Yoshihiro Akiyama at UFC 133 back in Aug. 2011.
