Haha, I made a comparison between Vitor in Brazil to Blanka a while back. Good stuff.

I will enjoy watching 40+ year old Vitor still handing out lessons.

Wow... I was in 1st grade when Vitor had his first MMA fight.

No doubt, that is a lot of gym time.

UFC debut 16 years ago.. Makes me feel old.

    rough-n-tumble
I surely do not want to get a TRT dance going, but just the mention of Belfort and it's going to happen. TRT is the only reason he is going to be able to do it.

I have contemplated TRT, but at this point I would still feel like I was cheating walking into the gym and rolling with the other people. I don't totally condemn it, but I personally feel I'd be cheating.

He's the UFC's Blanka, so by the time he's in his forties he'll be doing full electroshock capoeira with orange hair, seeings as how he'll eventually be turned green by all the toxins he's on….

Belfort planning to fight into his forties

    http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/news...o-his-forties/

Vitor Belfort made his UFC debut at nineteen years old in 1997 and sixteen years later is still fighting a top level and maybe the best he's ever been. Now thirty five years old, Belfort shows no signs of his age and if up to him, we'll see him in the Octagon for as long as possible:

"I believe in joy," said Belfort. "When I step into the octagon and I don't feel the pleasure and I don't feel the adrenaline and the purpose, I think it will be time to stop.

"I made a plan to go into my 40s, so that's kind of the plan. So I like to plan things. I believe the more you plan, the more you succeed."
