horn made atempts to take chuck down, but you have to take in to consideration that standing really was his best game plan...it's wrestling ability is god awful and i couldn't see him taking down chuck on his best day even if he did get chuck down there's no way he could of kept him there. let's give some credit to horn in that fight he was able to go 4 rounds with the champ(that's more than a lot of people can say these days)won a round(3rd round),recovered from some hard shots, some good knock downs. and he gave it his all.I see horn being a force 185 and i think he could take Rich's title.

Babalu should take him down & go for the sub, no question.
Seriously.. I dont get it either, I dont get why they say they will and why they do it.. if your gonna fight Chuck your gonna have to attempt a lot of takedowns.. who cares if he has great takedown Defense thats still your only shot as a wrestler, BJJ fighter, etc to win the fight cuz ur not gonna beat him standing up.. but some fighters still choose to do so.. Horn, and Couture are added to that list. I think Couture only tried to take Chuck down 3 times in 2 rounds? and 1 of them worked.. but 3 times?? come on now..

Babalu should know by now that if he's going to stand with Chuck, he's going to get another shot to the face like their first fight. He should just do what he does best and that's subs....get him down anyway possible and pull off a quick sub like he has done in his past few fights.

he was the greatest wrestler but at the age of 43? who knows, Babalu can take Chuck down if you ask me.

I like the way Rogan keeps saying about Chuck, "You take him down, he climbs straight back up again!"

Yeah, by using the cage to support him. He gets away with using the cage more than most fighters.

It's strange that I really like Chuck & was so happy when he beat Tito & won the LWH title from Randy (although I liked Randy too). But his dominance is making me want someone to beat him.....actually no, it's because I like Babalu as well. I'd still root for Liddle against almost every other LHW.

Nearly everyone of Babalu's wins since the Chuck KO has been by a differnet submission. The mans got so much in his locker.

I think Chuck concentrates too much on getting the KO, which is fine if he gets it, but it's only a matter of time before he's put on the ground & hammered.

If anyone is expecting this to go anyway like their last fight, I think you're in for a shock.
on top of that I think Randy couture has shown that its not impossible to take Chuck down, quite frankly I think Chucks takedown D gets too much credit.. hes got good takedown D but its not unstoppable like some like to make it seem, Babalu can DEFINENTLY take him down the problem ive seen Horn and Couture make against Chuck is they try to stand up with him too much... its not gonna work, if Babalu comes in playin his game and not Chucks it could easily go his way.

Babalu by submission, Babalu is a much better fighter now and hes on a huge streak, hes won 10 in a row since his loss to chuck with wins over Horn and Shogun.
