Rashad Evans is a very dangerous fighter b/c his hands are much better than your average wrestling style MMA fighter. If he ever learns to pass the guard...WATCH OUT 205

As far as his heart goes, did anyone see him get kicked in the face by Hoger, or beat three heavyweights in the Ulitimate fighter before beating a guy who is 6'6 255. Pretty impressive for a 205... not to mention the domination over Stephan Bonner.

Aw shit my fault I did get them mixed up. I do know that Franklin has been spending some time in Iowa with Miletich's camp. And I agree with anyone who says Rashaad will be better than Forrest. I think if Rashaad started training with someone like Tito he would become more aggressive and develop a killer instinct.

i know this is a thread regarding Rashad, but since Forrest was mentioned...Forrest is way overrated! i think the only reason everyone likes Forrest so much is well, how could you not? he has a great character, which is good for the sport. plus he shows great showmanship in his fights, always giving the proper praises to his opponents. but yes his punching power may be good, but nowhere near a Liddell or a Vitor. And his ground game is not the best either. Rashad would probably eat him up on the ground. He is toast when it comes to a guy with good GNP. had Tito not been hurt, that fight would have not gone to a decision!

    Rashad vs. Hamill
    &
    Bisping vs. Griffin

are the next TUF fights we need to see!

Taking a beating, and a loss, actually helps fighters most of the time!

The issue on TUF was that his conditioning was pretty poor, and I think the coaches and Dana White thought he lacked heart.
