    same thing happened to my wife-hates sports on tv, but loves to watch MMA. Go figure. Now I just need to get her hooked on football, baseball etc. but those are proving much tougher showing why MMA is growing so fast in popularity. It transends genders, races, religions etc.

    So is that what happened to me? Very first UFC I reluctantly watched I was hooked. Always liked sports, but never one of those people that knew stats, everyone's name, or could predict the outcome of obscure games. I didn't even like boxing or pro wrestling. Little did I know when I pushed that tape into the VCR....

    In case anyone is interested i picked this up from espn.com. Not very informative but it is nice to see us getting more positive national exposure on probably the most popular sports website.
