Tito's a great fighter and doesn't get the respect he deserves from the FANS, most fans anyway.

His only loses have come against the best of the best (other then one of his early fights with Mezger).

Who cares if he's never won by submission, he llikes to pound people. I'm not comparing the two, but....do we think less of Couture since he only won 2 fights by submission?

We are going to find out for sure on December 30th at UFC 66. I think it's time for the year of Tito Ortiz

I can only speak for myself, but I am mildly irritated by Tito Ortiz because:

    1. He is probably the most heavily promoted guy in the UFC, despite the fact that he hasn't had a "big" victory in quite some time.

    2. What I do get to see of his "personality" is very much a turn-off and makes him appear to be the kind of guy who would say anything to get paid.

Well I stand corrected........you are one that seems willing to put his bias opinion aside...........most Tito bashers will refuse to give the guy any credit what-so-ever

Fact is Tito has beaten some very good fighters in his career, and his losses are against some of the best ever............for those who hate Tito, nothing he will ever do will make you change your minds.......
That's not true. If he beats Chuck then I'll take my hat off to him. If he happens to beat CroCop, Fedor, or Wand again I'll shut my mouth and admit he's great. Until then what's the problem?
