I aint kidding about Kimura drinking blood

I am not kidding about Kimura drinking all types of animal blood. It is well documented.

    Kimura's Diet
During his prime he ate 7-8 bowls of rice in the morning,12 bowls of rice in the evening meal plus some fish such as red snapper and Iwashi.

One time he ate "waka-moto" a digestive enzyme, that evening he ate 17 bowls of rice. Wushijima sensei was so kind to provide free room and boarding plus stipend. Whenever he got stipend, Kimura went to the restaurant to have 100 yaki-tori (chicken on a stick) in one setting. Before the major tournament, Wushijima would take Kimura to drink turtle's (special kind) blood, presumbly to make him stronger. Banana is Kimura's most favorite fruit.

As a young kid ,Kimura drank quite a lot of carp's blood as his uncle had told him it was good for heart. True or not about the efficacy of the blood, Kimura sure had a strong heart, even though he smoked cigarettes he was very good in long distance running.

Speaking of people who lie about being a vampire...I'm talking to you, Arlovski. Come on, man - we've all seen the fangs. Just come clean already, and then Silva can admit to stuffing his gloves with garlic and juicing with holy water...

What? Turtle Blood? I think vampirism is clearly an unfair advantage, and I doubt very strongly that Pride or UFC would allow for their fighters to be vampires. I say let the vampires fight, but its only fair to allow their opponents to stuff their gloves with garlic and/or douse themselves with holy water immediately before the fight. If they lie about being a vampire they should be thrown out of the league.

I totally agree with your point of view. Steroids is just a tiny part of your training regiment. Good diet, enough rest, hard training, other legal supplements play more crucial roles. You do everything right this way year after year until you get "stuck" in terms of getting stronger. That's when you take some roids to break through the natural barrier. Taking roids wouldn't make your training easy. It will make the training much tougher because when you're on roids, you really have to work out insanely hard to gain as much muscle mass as you could in the shortest period of time. Discomfort and pain level during training would be much more intense and a possibilty of serious injuries is always there. It's so easy to say Coleman takes roids. Yeah Coleman maybe did take roids;he thought trough the risk of taking roids, dealt with all side effects of roids and made intelligent decisions about taking roids and worked his ass off while he' was on roids. That's why he's that good. Besides even old school martial artist like Masahiko Kimura(Judo Legend) was drinking the blood of Japanese turtle on a regular basis to make him stronger. I think turtle blood should be considered "performace enhancer" as well.

Yeah thats kinda what I got from it, if you are already an ass the increased confidence (plus the placebo effect) will make you more of an ass.

good article clint but what i have also read is that the steroids increase the psycological traits that someone already has so say if someone like coleman is already predisposed to angry outbursts then taking steroids will increase this trait. the study you chose carfuly selected their participents and so it didnt truly have a random selection they chose people who were in their eyes totally normal and thus had the least chance of displaying the trait of roid rage.

what the study shows is that steroids are not going to turn you from a calm laid back person into a raging psycho. it can however increase the tendency in someone who already displays angry trait to have more freaquent and increased outbursts.
