So do you think that would be the punishment you or I would get in this situation for this situation? It really isnt about the fact that he didn't hurt anyone, it's the fact that he "could" of seriously hurt someone or even killed someone. I'm not a judge so Im not sure what punishment would fit the crime but a "slap on the wrist" is a bad term to use for the punishment considering what he did.

I hate coming off like a hater but I lost a lot of respect for the guy. Sure he's a great fighter but it pretty much ends there for right now. It's not something that can just be washed away that quickly with an "I'm sorry".

Proving the miscarriage would have been way too difficult to pull off legally, especially since in CA manslaughter does not apply to unborn babies (only capital murder)
I am just going off info from Dork's post stating he did not directly cause the miscarriage. Which almost everyone accused him of doing.

I must of missed all that but Rampage is lucky that tests came back that he did not cause the miscarriage.

On the other hand what he did was completely stupid and he could of easily killed someone. Evading arrest, going the wrong way on the road and putting innocent bystanders in danger .... I just cant get behind Rampage on this one. Sure I hope he gets some mental help but he should be subject to the same penalties as an average citizen.

WOW! the LA Times just isn't helping much b posting Page's mug shot. Just another spin on Page. The story is the same, but mug shot is not helpgul to his case.
