Thanks for the responses, I'm glad to see I'm not the only guy that still wants to see him kick ass and take names.

I dont think he ll be the champ but hes a solid fighter and dont forget its been a while since we have seen him about a year i believe as for the steriods thing i can respect that I was at the event he last fought at and we met his brother in the hotel I asked him about it and he said he had got injured and just took it to try and speed up the healing (still not too smart but u know) and atleast he didnt try and deny it like most people he took it and moved forward. So I dont see him beating Rampage,Chuck, Shogun, Forrest, Wandy,Vera, Machida. I see him being competitive against Hammel, Jardine, Rashad, silva u know those level guys and I see him beating most of the rest. But now that i think about it it wouldn't be a bad move for him to possibly try heavyweight for abit its weak and dont care what u guys say he does have ore drawing power then most heavyweights and really hes got nothing to lose

His fight with Mike Nickels impressed me

I like him just because I saw this interview with him and he was hilarious.

Bonnar won in the super heavyweight novice division in chicago in 2002, and then made it to the finals I believe in 2004 in the open division.

I've heard that golden gloves doesn't really give you much bragging rights, but I dunno, Bonnar hits pretty hard. He said on TUF that he had to get someones tooth removed from one of his knuckles...I buy that.

not bad on the mic though . jmo.
He doesn't have any drawing power because he's been hampered by injuries and other things of that nature, so they haven't been able to market him consistently. Bonnar's got serious skills, and he'd give a good many UFC 205ers more than a couple of fits.

I've liked Bonnar ever since he told Diego Sanchez not to be stupid. That was gold.
