    Nasty
Pretty risky move to schedule two fights within a 2 week or so period.

Congrats to Baroni on getting married too. His fiance must feel lucky getting hitched to the 'Best Eva!'.

Granted, 2 fights so close together is out of the norm for most fighters, but I believe Phil would be one of those guys that could do it and be ok. Apparently so did Strikeforce. No reason to dog on phil for wanting to feed his family.
yeah provided he fights cans which is the only opponents he has fought lately. Strikeforce may have been cool with it, many other orginizations wouldn't and with good reasons. People buy tickets and expect to see whats promoted as being on the card. This isn't just about Baroni.

I guess when you think you can take a fight so close to another you are committed for, because you feel you can walk in and KO what is supposed to be your over matched opponent, hence the reason you took the fight, it doesn't always go as easy as you would have liked. Lesson to be learned.

It was a pretty risky move taking two fights so close to each other. Kind of arrogant on Phil's part to assume he'd walk away unscathed.
