Your damn right he did. He showed a hell of a chin and if he had a bit better power he would have KOed him.

That British kid had a good showing against the US's best fighter in Demarques last night. I like that guy.

First off, it's "for Queen and Country," not "for Country and Queen."

Secondly, it's pretty obvious that the talent that was grabbed from the U.S. is weaker than that of the U.K. If the best and brightest were taken from the U.S.; truly the BEST and the BRIGHTEST, than this season would've been a dud and the American fighters would've wiped the floor with the British.

Dana is not an idiot. Where the talent in the U.K. is growing by leaps and bounds, it's still not at the same level of the U.S.

With the economy in shambles and America divided as ever, is there any wonder how the Americans are acting? Stubborn, ignorant, money-hungry, etc. You know, the same traits that are found in American athletes in EVERY major sport.

Like someone else said, the U.K. fighters are simply hungrier.

However, when it's all said and done, the "doughboys" will still be bringing the contracts home

I'm picking Andre Winner to get to the finals, I was disappointed Jimmy Wallhead was only an alternate and Che Mills couldn't get in. Otherwise an awesome team of fighters, kicks other seasons asses imo

I don't know that i buy that. I think the UK fighters are simply mature and more well rounded.

I don't think the coaches have THAT much to do with their fighters winning. They're leaders that guide the team, but for the most part the fighters already know their fundamentals.

The UK team looks real tough. The U.S. have alot of excuses and full of jokes. The aren't there to represent the country like UK is they are there for the $.

All I know is that I'd rather train with Hendo than Bisping.
