It was funny when first Kimbo was all excited thinking that he will replace Zak and was happy and all that, and then when Zak said that he will still fight, Kimbos face (while he was sitting with ice on his knee) was priceless.

I think next week we will have Marcus vs Mitirone (and I think Marcus is going to win), and in the 8th episode we will somehow see "the return of Kimbo", I remember that dana said that by episode 8 we will go crazy, that must mean that Kimbo will be back.

I think it's Zak Jensen that gets hurt. You see him during the TUF intro with a cut above his right eye in practice. That seemed to match the teaser for next week show when they show someone hurt in practice covering their right eye. Jensen's on Rampage's team and Kimbo will be the first one that they'll put in there. Seems to fit.

Just today I have seen the 5th episode of TUF, I am glad that Sims lost so quickly, he really acts in a very arrogant way and tries to be very funny. He was over confident and the only think I am not happy about is that he did not got KTFO. By the way Sims facial expressions make look him like "Bruno" (from the film).

Next week a fighter will be injured so now its sure that Kimbo will replace him and Kimbo will fight again....shame.

But on the Ultimate Fighter you can do it continually and finish the fight that way? I know it pretty much comes down to the referee's discretion, but not only did Roy finish the fight that way, how in the hell did he manage to attract several nut huggers here in the process? Unless you guys have just started to watch UFC, then it's understandable.

I realize that what Roy did would be a good move, if you don't have a 50 pound beer gut in your way. But since he does have a 50 pound beer gut and he needed to use that to get Kimbo's head pinned, he could not throw any damaging punches and Kimbo was in no danger of getting hurt. But Roy knew Herb Dean would have no choice but to stop it, he was obviously not very confident about the rest of his ground game, and all he wanted was the win so he just kept at it. I have no clue where anybody gets "Oh, he pounded his face in!" I guess it's just people's hate for Kimbo getting the better of them....either that or they think the top of Kimbo's head looks like a face. But to say Roy beat him in dominating fashion....come on guys...especially Rockx....do Roy's nuts really smell that good to where you're gonna ignore what a good fight looks like anymore? Sure, in view of the rule books he beat him by TKO....but the to fans who have been watching this shit since day one.....it was a joke.

And to anybody who thinks otherwise, let me ask you this....Would you mind paying to see some fat ass lay on top of somebody else and pretty much just massage the top of their head? If so, we obviously watch MMA for totally different reasons.....
Exactly if you think Roy was dominating Kimbo you should go back and watch Silva vs Franklin. That was domination. Thats how you finish a fight. Roy thinks Dana is biased over one fighter but look at the tuf 1 finale both fighters got contracts because they didnt look for an easy way out they left everything they had in the octagon. Roys win and dominating dont belong in the same sentence. Sure he had Kimbo immobilized but immobalization and domination are two different things. Also a referee calling a fight by TKO is meant to protect the fighter from getting hurt at no point did those punches hurt. Yes they were unanswered but why should you have to protect yourself from punches that are not doing any damage. Doesn't the statement go protecting yourself intelligently to me that means avoid shots that hurt and ignore the rest. Roy easily could have had the fight stopped in round one if he actually tried to finish the fight. If he threw punches like Brock did against Mir Herb would have had no choice but to stop the fight. As for me being a Kimbo supporter I'm not I wanted to see a real mixed martial artist dominate him like they should. Sure Nelson can claim he has a win over slice but thats all. I bet if slice fought Silva there would be no doubt about who the winner was or who got dominated.

    Nasty
Not sure if it was posted, but one thing to remember is that all of these fights we're going to see over the next few months occurred in a short amount of time. Roy even said that he was preparing for to fight multiple times over a 3-4 month period. TUF is just like a Grand Prix...win your match as quick as possible by taking as little damage as possible. He did this to a tee and thus moves on. Had Kimbo even tried to escape that crucifix (which I don't think he had a chance in hell of doing), I'm sure the fight wouldn't have been stopped. Since Kimbo could not and would not defend himself, the fight had to be stopped. Doesn't matter if Roy was landing bombs or pimp slapping him the whole time.

and to the guy who made the Guillard/Kongo comment...how hard is it to type with your hood on?

While your statement was based on an utterly discriminatory perspective, I've also got two words to illustrate that it was not only stupid, it was wrong:

Welcome to the ban stick, have a nice day.

Remember he is one of the faces of MMA, and as an ambassador he should not be a disrespectful prick. I think that statement like this one give people the wrong idea. Instead of watching two warriors outskill and outsmart eachother we see idiotic MTV like shows with an asshole running the whole show and obviously influencing fans too goddamn much.
Ok I get what you meant my bad.

Unless... Hrm... Maybe something else OH YEAH! Me, along with other people never forgot that he lost, it was the way in which he WON.

People's perception of the fight differs and I was unimpressed with him simple as that. I don't know why it angers others that i'm not totally impressed with his win nor do I understand how that turns me into someone who gets to caught up in the TUF show drama. I mean, isin't it possible that I really never liked Nelson coming onto this show? Or did you (Rockx) conclude that I shaped my initial opinion about Nelson from the first two episodes for me?

How about this (i'm going to reiterate my posts because apparently people are still confused or angered by my disagreement)
I understand that Roy Nelson won and never forgot that.
With his experience I would have expected a more stunning win though I understand that he got the job done.

It's as simple as that! (from my point of view). So why all the fuss?
