TUF is mindless entertainment with a short fight thrown in near the end.

The house drama is silly. It just goes to show the maturity levels and lack of intelligence of most of these guys.

The "tournament" of the fighters is pointless. One guys just gets a slightly quicker payday. But any of them who are entertaining the slightest will be invited back to fight. And they no this...you can tell there's no sense of urgency to win the whole enchilada. These guys were already talking about who they wanted to fight at the finale a week into the season.

Found good source for hand target

Found some striking target mits at LDU Company out of China with free shipping to anywhere in the world. My friend bought a few first and then I got one in black. Price was cheap. I have seen others that were made of real leather but for what I do it works just fine. Martial arts stuff is on this page Wholesale Martial Arts Items Shipped To You Direct From China Wholesaler or you can click through from the main page at www.LDUcompany.com

Just thought I would tell other people in case anyone out there was looking for some.

Franklin has been one of my favorite fighters for about 5 years now, but after last night I like him even more. Great student of the fight game, great coach, humble, and he gave all his other coaches a tremendous amount of credit. He is one stand-up guy, too bad he just didn't have the tools to keep the belt from Silva.

im starting to think that bryant is awesome. i dont think his opponents were bad at all he just made them look that way from the looks of things im pretty sure he makes the finals. due to the reactions on the aftermath show so im surprised they didnt give him more camera time.

yager was talking about how the coaching changes werent fair for mccray and when asked about the win over yager being the biggest of his career bryant made kind of a weird face at bonnar and then he goes oh yea every win is big.

Yager showed his true colors mentally not ready, and I bet it will effect his next fight in a bad way.

Tito knew before he took the fight and the show deal that he wasn't going to fight.

I agree with the fact that this has prolly been the loudest season, but I am glad to see that they are getting away from the "reality show" aspect of it by not showin so much of the shit goin on in the house and more on training and what not. I also think the class of fighters is head and shoulders above last season.

Yager is a punk...i doubt he ever turns into anything with the attitude he has. He thinks a lot more of himself than he should. He has A LOT of growing up to do....

I was just reading back through this and thought, "I might have been wrong". I'll belive you and stand corrected.

I don't think he was really rocked. I think he was mentally beaten. Might be a 25 percent cardio, 25 percent rocked and 50 percent mental.

The last time I remember him going down, didn't look like he got rocked, he jumped, slipped and tried to pull guard and upkicking like crazy, then side mounted and I only saw Josh hit him a couple times on the ground....going for the kimura too...definitely not trying to finish him.

I think it was kinda harsh. But I am sure Dana told him to make sure he was 100 percent before the show (even though he had a cracked skull just a few months before that) and Chuck'd premonition that Tito wouldn't fight was just salt in the wound.

In reality, I see TUF sometimes kind of like the show Hell's Kitchen....where the host and make up of the show aren't really reality, but exaggerated to push people to their limit to see how they react to some situations.

Not sure if it was because Dana didn't fully believe Tito or to test team Tito, or just for added promotion of the TUF Finale. Might have been a bit of all of those things.

I bet it didn't look good to Spike to see last TUF show where the Finale didn't have the TUF coaches and they didn't want that to happen 2 seasons in a row.
