I highly doubt Diaz is paying 40k for his camp. I believe most camps charge a certain percentage such as 10% etc of fight purse. It could be more but I highly doubt its 40k.

I'm at lunch right now and I work in Stockton. That bit about the MJ clubs was hilarious, and probably somewhat true.

I remember reading an article where Gabe Rudiger broke down the pricing for a 2.5 week camp and it was 5000.00. Now take that and imagine how much better a camp for Nick would be and then add 2.5 more months on top of that.

he's not overly heavily sponsored and I know that for a FACT, too.

It looked to me like it was a Chevy Trailblazer SS. You can get them used for like 12k. Not exactly a Range Rover

Nick is definitely exaggerating, but still, I am sure he really takes care of his mom well.

No one commented that in his trash talking video he made about Mayhem was in a brand new looking SUV with leather seats and sun roof driving into a new looking suburban neighbourhood. Don't know if the house is his or his moms or what.

Unlike a ton of other fighters, Nick doesn't go out much and party or drink in social situations much. So, it's highly doubtful he is spending his money on hookers and blow like others have done.

One thing I have noticed is that Nick always has one sponsor on his shorts, some local car dealership. I always think to myself, is that because they pay him a lot or because he is loyal to them or is it because he signed some horrible sponsorship contract or what. Maybe he does promotion for them and they gave him a free vehicle for all I know.

I am sure Nick's sponsors pay him fairly well, but because of his antics in and out of the ring, he is not gonna get sponsorship pay like a GSP or any other guy that has a squeaky clean background and won't cause controversy.

I am sure Nick is in by no means rich right now, but I am sure that he is worth a lot of money and probably has a couple houses and couple vehicles in his name. I just hope that he isn't leasing those vehicles.

PS. I really hate writers who feel they have to make 3 weed jokes everytime they have a story about Nick Diaz. They don't write stories about Chuck Liddell talking about his substance abuse issues or joke about Tito and his incident with his wife and her calling the cops. Just because it is weed the media finds it's alright to joke about someone taking their medicine which has been prescribed by a doctor. For all I know he has insomnia and only smokes 1 or 2 joints a night, at home, after his day is done.
