That would just run pretty much any solid prospects chance of getting a UFC spot. Be about the worse possible combination of coaches ever.

Nope. Shamrock still goes down as the worst coach in the history of TUF I think.

first I defend roaddog, then dana?

What's next? State a belief that the US has a two-party political system? Tell you guys homebrewed beer is much, much worse than bud light?

maybe my account has been cracked, and I'm just an imposter.

I can see no regrets everyone makes mistakes, and the ones you made corrected them into a positive than thats great. It's those who guess at things and some how end up with a passing grade don't know what there doing and make the same mistakes over and over.
Like DW or hate him I can't argue that he doesn't put a lot of time into his job. His job is more his life. Many other business people would of took more of the profits and MMA wouldn't be as far as it is today. Not saying DW is perfect, but I'd take him over Don King any day.

It depends on he meant what he said. I have things that have happened to me that i wish didnt or i made different choices but i would not change any of them. Those decisions all lead me to my current job, wife and son who is my world. If i take away my ass hole college days, my excessive and absurd drinking in my early twenties, my two arrests...what if as a result one of them changed my path and I never met my wife and had my kid. Those things SUCKED and some were embarrassing but im over them and love where i am at. If he meant it in those terms i agree. If he just meant he has no regrets cuz he's the fucking man, then he's a dummy. It's prolly 50-50 in his meaning.
