Big Franklin fan. The guy is a true competitor and always gives respect to other fighters.

Can't say I'm ready to see the 3rd fight with Silva but there are still good fights for him that can keep him busy, make a living, and give fans exciting fights to watch.

Always been a fan of Rich but I see it as a very long shot he gets a title shot at 185. There is decent depth of talent and Rich would need an impressive win over a bigger name the Cung Le . And even if all that were to happen it isn't like AS is too terribly keen on the idea of 185 title fights anymore. But hey give it hell Rich.

I am offended that this guy is pretending he is Native American when he clearly isn't. I hope he gets his ass retired.
While a metaphor is a literary tool, you're not supposed to take it literally.

Vitor and Frank Mir are still there. They have been around even longer and held more belts. I know what he is saying though, and I am always happy to see him fight.

Like and respect Rich but a little to late in life for him. As to him saying after training with Silva and today saying he'd like to fight him doesn't mean he's going to fight him.

Should be a good fight with Cung. Are they showing it live? If so what time will it be at? I hate watching tape delay.

Franklin is a definite hall of famer. As a teacher myself I have always rooted for him. Don't want to see him face Anderson, but if Anderson left 185 it would be a cool swan song to see Ace hold a belt.

I'm pretty sure he trained with Anderson a couple of years ago maybe around the maia fight and stated that he would never fight him again out of respect after training with him

It'll be a sad day when he retires. Like him or not he always brings it and has been a great embassader for the sport.
