The Emelianenkos, Fedor has done enough for the both of them =)
It kind of remind me of the NHL and the top scoring brothers of all time. The Gretzkys. Wayne: 2,857 points; Brent: 4 points. lol

What about Cris and Evanelista Santos? Aren't they brothers?

I always look at Royce and Rickson first then the Ruas, Nogueiras, Shamrocks and Diaz Brothers.

The Nogueiras or the Shamrocks. I might even lean towards the Shamrocks.

If only Aleksander managed to dig into his full potential at some point (too late now obviously). They would have been right on top.

I would say the brothers who have been best for MMA in general are the Fertittas. As far as athletes competing in MMA, its the Nog's no question.

I was gonna say, the Shamrocks should be in the conversation.

The Guidas. Don't they do those Gieko caveman commercials too?

Over all impact you got to go with the Nog's. Outside of the ring/cage they have done way more than any other brothers. Team Nogueira has been known as a top camp for a long time.

In MMA probably the Nogs. Though the Diaz brothers are pretty impressive too.

In general, by far the Klitschkos are the most succesful brothers in the history of combat sports.
