    Interesting picks there

I think Jds vs Kongo/Brown is way too far down the latter tho. Hunt with a win over Struve is definitely possible tho.

Okami would probably grapple fuck Constance lol. Maybe Lombard with his Olympic level judo could neutralize Okami's judo.

    JDS vs. Reem
    Cain vs. Werdum
    Leben vs. Tim Boetsch
    Constantinos vs. Yushin
    Belcher vs. Brunson
Miller - Either Alverez if he comes, or Melendez if he comes in time. If not, maybe cowboy if and when he loses.
    Todd Duffee vs. Dave Herman.

Cain: Overeem or Werdum(if they get past their respective opponents)

    JDS: Cormier, Barnett

Miller: Gray II, Eddie Alvarez, dos Anjos,

Lauzon: Bocek, Danzig, Masvidal, Ross Pearson

Okami: Depends how much of a risk ZUFFA wants to take with Lombard. I think they play it safe with him, so Okami is likely to get a Jacare or maybe Palhares.....

Belcher: Ace, Cung Le, Amagov or Larkin would just be crazy fun, however I wouldn't be surprised if either Wand/Stann gets injured that Belcher takes his place....

Leben: I attribute to his poor performance for the time being at least, to that long layoff. Fun fights would be Cung, Larkin or either Craig/Markes

Brunson: He's a good grappler, but I don't see him making an impact going forward. Ring, Fukuda/Tavares, Carmont.....

Consta: Winner of Markes/Craig, Camozzi, Ring

    Boetsch: Palhares, Munoz, Leben

    Wineland: Bowles, Assuncao, Jorgensen

    Pickett: Easton, Perez,

    Perez: Pickett, Bedford

    Varner: Danzig, Bocek, Edwards, Jury

    Guillard: Masvidal, Makdessi, Ferguson

Garcia: do Bronx, Brandao, Pham III

Holloway: Peralta, Elkins, Hettes, Brimage, Brookins

    Duffee: Mitrione, SDR, Herman, Barry

    Moraga: Uyenoyama, Lineker, Gaudinot

Cariaso: Elliot, da Silva, Winner of Harris/Gomez

Cain vs Overeem (If Overeem wins). If not, then I do not know. Unless he beats Overeem in a dominant fashion, I see no point in a Cain vs BigFoot II

JDS vs Werdum maybe (If he loses to Big Nog). May be Overeem if he loses to BigFoot. JDS vs Bigfoot would not happened because they are friends.
JDS vs Cormier looks so far as the most logical option.

    Erik Perez vs Wineland

    Tod Duffee vs Roy Nelson

Now, Lombard vs Leben is absolutely no sense. And I do not think it would be a great fight. After Leben's performance, he is lucky to be an alcoholic with problems, because Dana White has compassion for him and won't cut him.
    Make Leben vs Palhares

    Miller vs Maynard

I would like to see Lauzon vs Nurmagomedov if he beats Tavares.

    Belcher vs Boetsch

    Okami vs Lombard

    Philippou vs Mark Munoz

Leben vs Lombard is exciting but doesn't make much sense imho.

2.) For a business, Lombard was a big investment, with a lot of hype; he's expected to do more than coast thru the mid tier of the MW division. Leben looked rusty and sluggish, but I expect he'll come back looking better in his next fight. Being a household name, Lombard's stock can benefit from beating Leben; despite Leben having just lost by a lopsided unanimous dry hump. Conversely, if Leben comes back and beats Lombard, the UFC can reassess their investment.

You're right though, that in so far as rankings and contention, it doesn't make a lot of sense; but that's never been an issue for the UFC.

It's gotten so bad with the UFC, that actually losing fights earns you a title shot.
Very true, lately ranking doesn't mean shit and Lombard can definitely benefit with name like Leben on his resume if he wins.

I don't like Jds vs Cormier ranking wise but its an interesting fight nonetheless. But if Cormier beats him, it means nothing as long as Cain is champion.

I have a hard time seeing anybody beat the Cain Velazquez that we all saw last night, he was so relentless with his pressure and gnp. Overeem will definitely need to be careful with his knees against Cain.

Thats what I thought also, but with Todd Duffee, Cain, and DC all in the one division I want to see DC move down and test light heavyweight. We already have one legit contender (Rory Mac) saying he wont fight GSP, I dont wanna see any more divisions getting locked up cos guys train together.
